Refund Policy – TreasureX Competitions

At TreasureX LTD, we want all participants to feel confident when purchasing competition entries. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with consumer protection standards.

  1. Voluntary Cancellations by Participants
  • Participants may request a full refund of the entry fee if they cancel at least 48 hours before the official start time of the competition.
  • Refund requests must be submitted by email to  Info@TreasureXquest.com with the subject line Refund Request.
  • Once refunded, participants cannot rejoin the same event.
  1. Digital Clues Purchases
  • All clue purchases are non-refundable, as they are delivered instantly in digital form and cannot be returned.
  1. Event Cancellations by TreasureX
  • If TreasureX LTD cancels an event, all registered participants will receive a 100% refund of their entry fee.
  • Refunds will be processed automatically within 7 business days.
  • TreasureX LTD is not obligated to issue refunds if the event is cancelled or disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control (see Force Majeure in the Terms & Conditions).
  1. Disqualifications
  • Participants disqualified for misconduct or violation of the Competition Rules are not eligible for refunds.
  1. Payment of Refunds
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the participant’s bank or payment provider.
