FAQs
When are you coming to my city?
We do have a schedule for the 2 competition however if enough interest is created in a city the schedule can be adjusted. Just put your city as a comment on our social media polls.
Are the prizes always the same?
Prizes are based on the local currency and for the next year will be the same but will change as of 2027!
How do I get an influencers code?
Influencers codes are provided directly by the collaborating influencers and you need one to sign up as it is part of the winning reward.
Can I register after the hunt has started?
With aim to be fair to all players we have restricted the sign up period and can only sign up before the game starts.
We have also restricted the amount of extra clues to 3 per account and don’t allow for multiple accounts per person.
Can I get a refund?
Absolutly! If for any reason your plans change and don’t want to participate on a game ask the team for a refund by email at Accounts@TreasureXquest.com and you’ll get it with no questions asked.
Should I join in a team or not?
We encourage players to form alliances and describe the competition to others. After all, bragging rights are part of the reward.
